Having joined Bistech straight from university, Chloe explains how Bistech has supported her career development…
My Bistech journey…
When I was looking for a graduate role, it was important to find a company with high employee retention and a career that would enable me to use the skills I had learnt during my Maths degree. That’s when I found Bistech and joined as a Commercial Analyst. After a while, Bistech recognised that numbers and finance were my real strength, so I moved into a role in Finance and Accounts.
My role is really varied! From issuing invoices, approving payments and handling enquiries, to checking and documenting contracts, completing VAT returns and compiling and analysing the Management Accounts. It’s my job to supervise, facilitate and record the commercial transactions of the business.

One of the great things about working at Bistech is the ongoing learning opportunities. For example, Bistech is currently supporting me with my AAT qualifications. Whilst the extra studying can be challenging, it’s also really rewarding.
