Progression at Bistech

When I joined Bistech, my goal was to work my way up to Account Management. I started as a Business Development Manager and later moved into a Sales Support role, which gave me the knowledge and experience I needed to progress. Each role has given me a unique skillset — from supporting our customers to helping design bespoke IT solutions across a range of customers.

Supporting our customers

In Account Management, we manage relationships with our existing customers to support them with strategic changes within their business. So that we can help our customers long term, I’ve been on many valuable training courses. They’ve enabled me to broaden my understanding of the industry.

Meeting changing needs

What makes me proud to work at Bistech is the team — we pull together to deliver the best service and tailored solutions to fit our customers’ evolving needs. My role is also very diverse. I’m learning something new every day, which keeps me on my toes.
