Passionate about tech

When I joined Bistech, I had the opportunity to work with the company founders and experience their passion for technology and high standard of customer service. Seeing this first-hand has been fundamental to how I’ve approached my role.

A day in the life of a BDM

As a Business Development Manager, I engage with business leaders, listening to their challenges and evolving needs, so I can provide relevant insight that will drive their business forward. Our strategic approach means I offer valuable guidance to help them improve their business operations.

The Bistech team

I work alongside a team of bright and driven individuals who have a high level of technical expertise and business experience. It creates a really supportive and collaborative working environment.

Biggest achievement

In the BDM team, we each specialise in one or more vertical markets. For the past few years, I’ve provided in-depth insight to the professional services industry. Our involvement in the legal, financial and architectural sectors is increasing all the time and playing a part in that is very satisfying.

On a personal level, I’ve been helping to make recycling even easier around the office, which is a cause I’m passionate about. Having a focus on corporate social responsibility is increasingly important, and it’s great that Bistech shares this value.

Advice to aspiring BDMs…

Get to know Bistech and what makes us unique. Having a passion and drive to become part of a growing team will make you stand out. And remember to be yourself – be confident in your abilities and you will succeed.
