A talent-first approach.
When it comes to our people, we take a talent-first approach – which means we have a diverse, inclusive workforce where everyone is fully supported and opportunities are open for all. Our open-plan office reflects our welcoming and transparent culture, while our on-site social spaces encourage lunchtime get-togethers (or a competitive game of pool!).
We’re totally committed to training.
Technology is constantly changing, and at Bistech, we recognise the importance of keeping ahead of the curve. That’s why we place a strong emphasis on the ongoing training and development of our team.
We support a wealth of technical qualifications including JNCIA and various Microsoft certifications, as well as professional qualifications such as AAT, CIPD and Prince2. Alongside this, we offer soft skills training in areas of negotiation, effective communication and assertiveness. And with a focus on maintaining a positive and healthy working environment, our workshops on mental health awareness, nutrition and wellbeing are available for all.
We recognise that everyone is individual by tailoring training and development so our people can reach their full potential.

Bistech in the community.
We’re passionate about supporting both our people and upcoming talent in the local community.
For more than 10 years, we’ve sponsored awards at Bournemouth University which are presented to exceptional graduates.
Alongside this, our people love to actively fundraise across a diverse range of charities and good causes. So, every year we give our employees the opportunity for significant sponsorship towards a fundraising challenge of their choice. We see this as a small way to help each individual support the causes that are close to their heart, while also supporting our wider community.
Now in its seventh year, the Bistech Community Fund has distributed over £195,000 across more than 75 charities.
