Are you a B2B marketing professional with experience developing effective digital strategies and creating high-quality content to engage business leaders?  

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take our marketing to the next level. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing innovation and a track record of delivering results, we want to hear from you.  

You’ll play a key role developing data-driven campaigns to elevate our marketing efforts to new heights. With the support of our skilled team and your knowledge of marketing trends and best practice, you’ll provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making to increase brand engagement.   

What you’ll be doing: 
  • Driving end-to-end marketing initiatives, from raising brand awareness to lead generation 
  • Collaborating with the wider business to create quality content – including case studies, presentations, and webinars 
  • Optimising our social media and events calendar, to maximise demand generation 
  • Leading adoption of the latest digital marketing trends, best practice, and technologies 
  • Developing and coaching our marketing team to expand their knowledge and skill set   
What we need from you: 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on changing market dynamics  
  • Successful track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation and brand visibility 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively 
  • An understanding of how to create sophisticated content for a senior B2B audience  
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, particularly LinkedIn, SEO, and email marketing  
  • Experience leveraging digital tools and analytics to measure and optimise marketing performance 
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams 
  • Practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Dynamics 365 Marketing would be beneficial 
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to self-improvement

Once received, we’ll arrange an interview with our Recruitment team and a senior member of the relevant business area. This will include a short aptitude test.

If successful at this stage, there’ll be a final interview to meet with other senior people in the business and have a guided tour of Bistech.
