Founded in 2006, TMS Motor Group is a family-run dealership based in Coventry, Hinckley and Leicester. Across its five sites, TMS offers brand-new cars from Volvo and Kia, alongside approved used cars and a range of aftersales services. Its growth and success is largely due to its focus on providing customers with the highest level of care and service, which has won it a host of customer care awards.

The challenge

Although TMS had the core infrastructure and systems in place, in 2017, it identified the requirement to work with a strategic IT partner to consolidate its IT ecosystem and futureproof its expanding business. After being recommended by global manufacturer Volvo for its excellent reputation and expertise within the motor industry, TMS selected Bistech as its trusted connectivity partner.

The solution

Working closely with TMS, Bistech designed and implemented a robust, scalable network solution to maximise uptime within the dealership. The value of the solution soon became apparent when TMS acquired some additional sites and was able to deploy connectivity from day one.
